We request a $250.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking.
A payment of 50% must be paid 7 days before function – payment in full on day of function.
A guarantee of number of guests must be made 48 hours prior to date of the function. This will be the minimum that we bill for.

- Linen Tablecloths: $3.50 / tablecloth
- Linen Napkins: $0.35 / napkin
- Wineglasses: $0.50 / glass – must be returned to the Loft on the next business day following function.
